Ronald Macdonald

Managing Director
Ronald has over 4 decades of experience as a business owner and operator. He has owned multiple restaurants and bars, construction, and software companies. He also has an extensive background as a programmer and cyber security expert for Fortune 500 companies like Dell/EMC, Digital Globe, and Intuit.

Heather McGinty

Partner
Heather has experience as restaurant and bar owner and is a culinary school trained chef. She has run restaurants and bars in North and South America and probably makes the worlds best brownies. Before moving into the hospitality world, Heather worked as an accountant, logistics expert, and productivity trainer.

Ryan MacDonald

Partner
Ryan has over three decades of experience owning and managing construction companies. He has worked on many large projects throughout the Mountain West including the Las Vegas Stadium. He has a reputation as a solid operator who gets things done on time and in budget.
